Professional Experience
Tyler Hayden is the Director of Web Development at Matyx. He joined the team with over 10 years of experience in the tech industry, specializing in website project management. Tyler’s focus in his 20s and early 30s was his rock band. They enjoyed some minor success and toured throughout the country, mainly targeting the northeast region of the U.S.
Reality was unavoidable once he married and had his first child in 2007, and he made good on his self-promise to go back to school to learn a new and marketable skill. Tyler’s career in tech took off as he was quickly promoted from an entry-level position at Broadridge Advisor Solutions to supervising the Website Custom Services team. He broke the record by earning the Associate of the Month five times in his tenure at the firm. His team achieved the highest event revenue for the division from 2021 to 2024. Tyler was very comfortable and enjoyed the role, but knew he could offer even more if presented with the right position. Tyler found that role in 2025 and has taken the helm of the Web Development Team at Matyx.

Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and taking long road trips whenever possible. Music is still a big part of who he is, but his focus at work takes time away from creating like he used to. He looks forward to getting the band back together when he’s 64.
