Kayla Lenz provides white-label client support across multiple agencies, expertly managing relationships between agency partners and their clients. She balances a high volume of tasks across a range of software platforms, specializing in GoHighLevel to build and troubleshoot workflow automations, calendar integrations, custom values, and custom fields.
Kayla also runs Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns for clients in real estate, insurance, and mortgage, and creates visually engaging ad creatives using Canva. Beyond campaign execution, she trains clients on both the mindset and technical aspects of new software tools, responds to and resolves customer inquiries across multiple channels, and escalates issues when needed to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Kayla has been with her husband for 10 years and married for five, and together they share a happy household with three dogs who “definitely run the show.” With a large extended family of 20 nieces and nephews, their home is the go-to gathering spot—always lively, with friends and family dropping by for swims in the pool or bouncing on the trampoline. Though she loves hosting at home, Kayla also enjoys getting out on Minnesota’s many lakes whenever she can.
