His career began in North Carolina and expanded rapidly after moving to New York, where he served as Director of Marketing at a growth-focused agency. There, he led high-performing teams, developed impactful marketing strategies, and helped scale client success through data-driven execution and innovation.

His background in performance marketing, team development, and client relationships allows him to guide Matyx’s mission to help businesses build, grow, and scale through intentional, measurable solutions.

Originally from Durham, North Carolina, Justyn now resides in Western New York with his black lab, Marlowe. Outside of work, he’s a passionate sports fan who follows LSU football, the LA Chargers, and the Minnesota Twins. He enjoys golfing, working out, fishing, and playing in recreational sports leagues—anything that keeps him active and connected to the outdoors.
