With a background in managing large teams and optimizing complex systems, she plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth across the firm. Known for her ability to lead with clarity and purpose, D’Lisa is a trusted force behind Matyx’s culture of efficiency, innovation, and execution.
Before joining Matyx, D’Lisa served as a director in the healthcare sector, where she managed over 100 employees and spearheaded large-scale process improvements. She later helped pioneer the Matyx | Tech division, building it into a high-performing technology operation supporting over 2,000 employees across various businesses in industries including healthcare, oil and gas, mergers and acquisitions, and architecture. Her leadership continues to provide critical infrastructure, hardware strategy, and team development across the tech division.
In addition to her work in technology, D’Lisa plays a key role in Matyx | Mergers, where she has worked with hundreds of businesses to develop accurate financial models that support valuation and exit strategies. Across all areas of the firm, the team looks to D’Lisa for her guidance, insight, and scalable solutions that move organizations forward.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, D’Lisa enjoys fitness, running, and spending time with her three teenagers. She is a proud mom and a dedicated wife who values adventure, balance, and family life.
