Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, discussing timelines, deliverables, and project updates.
- Manage internal resources to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the ads specialist/optimizer to develop timely, accurate monthly status reports.
- Coordinate daily tasks, priorities, and timelines with internal and client stakeholders.
- Build and nurture client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor in their marketing efforts.
- Route projects through appropriate departments and approvals.
- Lead and schedule meetings for project kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews.
- Take ownership of account performance, deeply understanding client needs, and ensuring proactive solutions are in place.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, client relations, and project management.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to offer successful high-level marketing strategies that improve the quantity and quality of leads for clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to quickly learn new technology and tools.
