Paid Ads Strategist Position

WE’RE HIRING (again!) We’re looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist with advanced Google, Bing, and/or Facebook Advertising skills as well as a penchant for creating compelling copy to join our team (full-time). You can be based anywhere in the United States, work from anywhere you’d like, and once full-time, enjoy many perks like unlimited vacation.

👉 WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THE ROLE:

➡️ Strategize, execute, and manage a portfolio of client ad campaigns

➡️ Analyze ad campaign results, identifying actionable opportunities (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.) to improve performance and scale

➡️ Create compelling copy for paid ads, and other marketing pieces to increase lead conversions.

➡️ Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance to achieve client objectives

➡️ Develop digital marketing strategies and create clear plans to achieve client business goals

➡️ Clearly communicate strategy, performance, and campaign recommendations to clients and internal team members

➡️ Report on key metrics for every campaign with the ability to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and justify campaign decisions to clients and the internal team

➡️Help in the creation of new landing pages and copy

➡️Apply conversion rate optimization to websites to continually increase our clients’ web leads

➡️Analyze web traffic in Google Analytics to improve lead generation performance

➡️Help continuously improve internal processes through systematizing, automating, & optimizing

➡️Use your creative genius to test new ways to improve lead generation results for clients

➡️ Maintaining & building client relationships and meeting with clients on a regular basis

👉 WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

➡️ Experience in creative direct response copywriting to generate leads through client websites and paid ads.

➡️ A proven track record generating exceptional results with Google and/or Facebook ads and understanding behavioral psychology. Experience with lead generation (B2C) is essential! You must be able to prove/demonstrate your experience

➡️ Min 3+ years of digital advertising experience, building high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, and ads and driving quantifiable results

➡️ A strong understanding of marketing funnels and how to optimize them

➡️ A comprehensive understanding of Google and/or Facebook’s algorithms, general advertising ecosystem, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives

➡️ Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles

➡️ High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

➡️ An unwavering willingness to learn and be part of a strategic team

➡️ Strong written and verbal communication skills

➡️ A passion for helping small business owners
